This is seriously one of my favorite "go-to" meals/snacks. It is so easy and so delicious, that I almost feel funny posting this as a recipe!
2 bananas sliced (bananas that are yellow create a binding effect on your digestive system; freckled bananas have a more laxative effect and are easier on digestion)
1 apple chopped
Sprinkle with cinnamon
That's IT!
I often think that at times we focus on complex recipes to impress others, or fill ourselves up that we forget to enjoy simplistic meals. I am a big believer in monomeals and I try to follow food combining rules as much as possible. Not only is this combo easy on your belly, but it is delightful on your palate! It is also full of delicious goodness that will leave you feeling energized and ready to go! I often eat this in the morning or for lunch.
